Happy day after publication for this new release. Since my husband and I hope to be RVing around the country in about a year, I am in need of some tips on living that lifestyle. This new cookbook provides some "RV living" hacks and a wonderful variety of recipes -- even some cocktails are included. Many of the 100 recipes include a full-color photo. It always helps me to see what the finished product should resemble. Organized into chapters for each meal, I will definitely be taking this along w Happy day after publication for this new release. We're a camping family, and I'm always looking for shortcuts (KISS) - something practical but useful. The beginning of the book includes information on storage, pantry staples, meal planning, and prep. It doesn't go into great detail, but helpful nonetheless. The recipes are divided into the usual categories: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, etc. Most of the recipes have pictures, seem to be easy to prepare, and use everyday ingredients. After all, this is RV cooking. I wouldn't hesitate to fix
